This is an automation job that Spalding and Fuller completed for DANA Corp.  We added this robot style automation to feed, move and unload the parts through the press operation.

The parts are fed to the machine by a conveyor and the fingers do the rest.  This project involved a programmable controller, servo motors for movement, air cylinders, and grippers to move the fingers.
